Amedantis finds patients for dental and aesthetic treatment, checks that each case suits a trip abroad before it reaches you, and takes care of everything around the visit: travel, language and follow-up. Your doctors do the treatment. We are paid only when the treatment is done and paid for.
How a patient reaches your chair
Every patient goes through the same six steps. You see the case at step three, already prepared.
The patient finds us
We advertise and talk to people in Italian. Most of them first ask about price and safety, and we answer those questions before they contact any clinic.
Our dentist looks first
The patient sends a panoramic X-ray and photos. Our consulting dentist checks whether the case suits treatment abroad and what else you will need to see.
Your doctor makes the plan
You send a treatment plan with a written price. We translate it and explain it to the patient. The diagnosis and the plan are always yours.
The patient books with you
The deposit and the treatment are paid directly to the clinic. We never take money from patients for treatment.
We take care of the trip
Flights, airport transfer and hotel, an interpreter at the first visit if needed, and a coordinator on WhatsApp every day of the stay.
After the flight home
We stay in touch, remind the patient about check-ups and bring any question back to you, so that small issues stay small.
How we are paid
- A commission on treatment that has been completed and paid. The rate is agreed with each clinic and written into a short agreement.
- No monthly fee, no setup fee and no payment per enquiry.
- One invoice a month, with the list of patients and treatments for you to check against your own records.
What we ask from a partner clinic
- Written prices for your main treatments that stay valid for at least six months.
- A treatment plan within two working days of receiving the X-ray and photos.
- One contact person who answers in English or Italian.
- Warranty terms in writing, and a clear procedure if work has to be redone.
- Licensed doctors, and permission to show patients their names and qualifications.
Who is behind Amedantis
Our team already runs advertising and customer conversations for consumer brands in Italy, Germany, Poland, Spain, Portugal and the United States, each in the customers’ own language.
Medical travel is a new direction for us. We work with a small number of clinics, so that each one gets our full attention and every patient is looked after properly. The partnership agreement is signed online.
